Articles will not load
All of the articles are in the pdf file format. If you are not able to read the articles, update your version of Aboce Acrobat reader. This is a free download from www.adobe.com.
Search does not produce results
The Arnoldia search is an exact phrase search, and as such, it is quite precise. The white-space in the machine-readable text that underlies the text that you see must match your search exactly.
For example, searches on "class room" and "classroom" will produce different results because of the space between the words.
If you are searching on a phrase that you think should produce results and it does not, try deleting the space between the words (or adding an extra space), or searching on only one of the words to produce a broader set of results.
How can I find results within an article?
Depending on which web browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc...) once you open a pdf file, you should be able to do a second search to find your term within that article.
To search within the pdf files, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and hit the letter F at the same time. This should bring up a search box either in the middle of your screen or at the bottom of your screen, depending on the browser. You can also use the menu commands found at the top of your browser window. These vary in different browsers, but is generally Edit > Find in Page.
This process should result in each instance of the search terms being highlighted within the pdf file.
